system (the "Platform") accessible by logging in to our website

"Website") and/or through our Platform mobile application (the "App").
Collectively, these are referred to as the "Service".
1.2. Service Offerings
Via the Service, we offer an online booking system for various sports,
with a focus on racket sports. This enables users to discover,
reserve, and make payments for sports activities, as well as buy
vouchers or memberships. Users can also participate in competitions or
avail themselves of other offerings (referred to collectively as the
"Offerings") at sports facilities, venues, clubs, or associations
linked to the Service (referred to as the "Venues").
1.3. Purpose of the Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions and procedures
under which refunds are provided to users ("Users") of the Platform.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and applies to
all bookings, purchases, and payments made through the Service. By
using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. General Refund Conditions
2.1. Booking Cancellation and Refunds

2.1.1. Cancellations Made 12 Hours or More Before Event Start:

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the start of the booked
event are eligible for a full refund of the booking price, excluding
our cancellation fee.

2.1.2. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours But More Than 6 Hours
Before Event Start:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 6 hours before
the start of the booked event are eligible for a refund of 70% of
the participation fee, with 30% being charged as a cancellation fee.

2.1.3. Cancellations Made Less Than 6 Hours But More Than 3 Hours
Before Event Start:

Cancellations made less than 6 hours but more than 3 hours before
the start of the booked event are eligible for a refund of 50% of
the participation fee, with 50% being charged as a cancellation fee.

2.1.4. Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Hours Before Event Start or
After the Event Has Started:

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the start of the booked
event or after it has started are not eligible for a refund. The
full participation fee will be charged.
3. Cancellation Fee

3.1. The Cancellation fee of 10% of the total
booking amount is non-refundable in all cases except for event
cancellations by the Venue manager without a charge.

3.2. In cases where the event is canceled by the
Venue manager without a charge, the full participation fee including
the Cancellation fee will be refunded.
4. Specific Conditions for Open Match

4.1. If a User creates an Open Match and pays for
all slots, allowing other players to join for free, the following
conditions apply:

4.1.1. Cancellation by the User before 1 or more players join
the Open Match:
If a User creates an Open Match and pays for all slots, they may
cancel the booking and receive a refund according to the general
conditions outlined in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy.

4.1.2. Cancellation by the User after 1 or more players join
the Open Match:
If a User creates an Open Match and pays for the slots, and one
or more players join the Open Match after the payment has been
made, the User who created the Open Match forfeits the right to
a refund.

4.1.3. Remaining Slots: The remaining slots
paid for by the User will remain paid, and the User’s slot will
become available for other players to join and pay for a single
slot.
5. Refund Request Procedure

5.1. Refund requests must be initiated by the User
through their Platform account.

5.2. Refunds will be processed to the same source
through which the original payment was made.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within seven (7)
working days from the date of initiating the refund request, subject
to bank processing times.

5.4. Any bank fees associated with the refund
process will be the responsibility of the User and will be deducted
from the refund amount.
6. Refunds for Tournament and Team Game Cancellations

6.1. If a tournament or a team game is canceled by
the Venue manager due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse
weather conditions or operational issues at the Venue, the full
participation fee, including the Cancellation fee, will be refunded
to the Users.

6.2. In the event that the Venue manager cancels a
game due to reasons related to the management of the Venue, Users
will be notified promptly, and the appropriate refund will be
processed based on the nature of the cancellation.
7. Amendments to the Policy

7.1. We reserve the right to modify this Refund
Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon
posting the updated Policy on the Website and App.

7.2. Users are responsible for reviewing this
Policy periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
